Meet Andrew.
Andrew Abdel-Malik is a corporate affairs and communications executive who advises leaders and protects organizational reputation through high-stakes moments. He spent eight years at Novartis, rising to Executive Director of Corporate Affairs & Communications, where he led global teams through crises, regulatory scrutiny, and major organizational transformation. His work contributed to a 10% increase in corporate brand value and a 3,800% improvement in sentiment on critical policy issues.
Before entering the corporate world, Andrew spent a decade in U.S. political communications, working on presidential, gubernatorial, and Congressional campaigns under intense national media pressure. He served as communications strategist for multiple Republican campaigns, led digital communications and advertising strategy for Governor (now Senator) Rick Scott's successful 2014 reelection in Florida, and helped establish the Republican National Committee's first digital strategy team.
His campaign work was described as "a one-two punch" by the Florida Times-Union and "an approach for targeting and engaging people we haven't seen from either side yet" by the Tampa Bay Times. ABC News gave it "an 'A' for accuracy and effectiveness."
Andrew was named a Rising Star by Campaigns & Elections magazine in 2015. He holds a B.Sc. in Economics from The George Washington University and completed Harvard Business School's High Potentials Leadership Program. He speaks conversational Arabic.
